The team was very proactive and I was very satisfied with the quality of their work. I ordered sliding bypass doors for my home office and was able to ship them directly to their warehouse, and they painted the doors before bringing them over for final installation. When they discovered that the door manufacturer didn’t add in notches for the door handles, the technician proactively reached out to the manufacturer on my behalf to request a partial refund which was promptly processed. It was great of them to take that on so I didn’t have to deal with that headache during the work day! Definitely recommend!

We had a real mini-emergency when a casement window fell out of its frame. Curtis made time to come to our home right away, got the window back into the frame so it could be closed, and diagnosed the problem for a permanent fix later.
